Tilt Monitoring unit

Our unique one box system for measuring the angle of degrees of virtually anything. Given the flexible nature of our dual axis tilt device we are able to offer this product for a wide range of structural monitoring problems including Church Spires, Railway embankments, Retaining walls and uneven floors.

By default the robust sensor wakes up every 8 hours to take a reading and then transmits this data via the GSM networks to our gateway. Data gathered can then be viewed from any web-enabled device. The sending chip, battery and sensor are all housed within the device meaning deployment is both quick and simple. There are no wires to worry about and installation can be completed in under 10 minutes. The device is initiated as soon as the on button is pressed.

Using our gateway users can easily zero the data to show actual movement delta, change the alert levels as well as the address of the recipients. Using our web GUI (graphical user interface) users can also overlay temperature readings on to the tilt movement results allowing for thermal movement patterns to be identified.
